Yihu Dry Red is a fine wine produced by Mystic Island Winery. The Winery is located at one of the “Seven Golden Coasts” in the wine world – Penglai, with similar latitude as Bordeaux and California. In 2012, Les Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), has established a wine estate in Penglai, denoting their first outlet in China.

Yihu Dry Red is bright ruby red in color, with rich blueberry and blackberry aromas combined with oak, tobacco, and spice notes. The palate is medium bodied and well-balanced. The grainy tannins and minerality provide support and freshness to the palate while the 8-month aging in French oak adds complexity and texture.
