Terms of Payment

• We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, AliPay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, FPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. 

 

Terms of Delivery

• Order cut-off time is 8pm everyday, a payment made after 8pm will be considered as an order made on the following working day;
• Delivery is available after two working days from the date when the payment is completed; 
• We deliver six days a week from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays);
• You can select one delivery time slot that is either from 11am to 4pm, or from 4pm to 8pm; 
• After all discounts are applied, when the "actual amount spent" in an order reaches HK$500, the delivery is free of charge;
• When the actual amount spent in an order is less than HK$500, a standard delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged;
• For the delivery made to "remote areas", an additional delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged;
• "Remote areas" include but are not limited to Victoria Peak, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Chung Hom Kok, Hong Kong International Airport; 
• Delivery service is not available in specified areas, including but not limited to: 

North District, New Territories: Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Luk Keng, Hok Tau, Ta Kwu Ling, Lo Wu;

Tai Po District, New Territories: Lin Au, Tai Mei Tuk, Shuen Wan;

Tuen Mun District, New Territories: Lung Kwu Tan, So Kwun Wat Tsuen Road;

Yuen Long District, New Territories: Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Lau Fau Shan; 

Sai Kung District, New Territories: Yung Shue O, Hoi Ha Wan, Pak Tam Chung,  Po Toi O, Tai Miu; 

Shatin District, New Territories: Fa Sam Hang, Sheung/ Ha Wo Che;

Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun;

Islands District: Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Tai O, Po Toi; Island, Lamma Island, Grass Island, Tung Ping Chau, Lantau Island, Tung Lung Island & Kat O;

Others: Country Parks, Container Terminals, Restricted Areas.
