You must complete the membership registration to enjoy the rewards. “Actual amount spent”, which is the payment amount after all discounts are applied, will be accumulated to upgrade your membership tier and generate a greater discount for your next order. Member earns 2 reward points for every HK$1 spent, while at the time of purchase, 100 reward points can be redeemed as HK$1.

Log in to your Reward Account to view the discount offers and accumulated reward points. For every purchase, you can COPY one discount code and use it when you checkout.

 

I. Silver Bullet

A supreme reward is calculated based on the TOTAL “actual amount spent” since the date you join our membership scheme. For every HK$10,000 “actual amount spent” accumulated, you are offered a “Silver Bullet” that is an e-coupon for a single purchase at 20% off. “Silver Bullet” is valid without time limit and one bullet is accepted per order. Log in to your Reward Account to view the “Silver Bullet” available, COPY the code so you can use “Silver Bullet” when you checkout.

 

II. Loyalty Reward

1. Members will receive a Loyalty Reward that member earns 2 reward points for every HK$1 spent. All reward points are accumulated in your Reward Account;
2. There is no upper limit for the accumulation of reward point;
3. Reward points can be used as a discount for your next order that 100 reward points can be redeemed as HK$1;
4. You are free to redeemed any amount of reward point for your order;
5. Log in to your Reward Account to view the reward points available, decide how many points to be redeemed, then a discount code will be generated, COPY the code so you can use it when you checkout.

Example:
A member has in her Reward Account 30,000 reward points. She makes an order of HK$1,000 and redeems all 30,000 reward points for a HK$300 reduction. Eventually she only has to pay HK$700 and earns 1,400 reward points from this order.

 

III. Referral Reward

1. Members will receive a Referral Reward that for each of their friend who joins our membership and places order, a 5,000 reward point (worth HK$50) will be accumulated in the referrer’s account;
2. Provide your friends a referrer’s web link, invite them to click on it and register as member, so your friends can enjoy an one-time discount of HK$50;
3. There is no upper limit for the accumulation of reward point;
4. Reward points can be used as a discount for your next order that 100 reward points can be redeemed as HK$1;
5. You are free to redeemed any amount of reward point for your order;
6. Log in to your Reward Account to view the reward points available, decide how many points to be redeemed, then a discount code will be generated, COPY the code so you can use it when you checkout.

 

 

 

Example of using discount in an order: 

Suppose a member has in her Reward Account:

1. One Silver Bullet;
2. 50,000 reward points. 

She now orders:

1. Jumbo Canadian Spot Shrimp HK$600;
2. Abalone Isoyaki HK$150.

(Original price in total: HK$750)

Before checkout, she logs in to her Reward Account and decides using which one of the following discount offers: 

1. Silver Bullet (20% off for a single purchase);
2. 50,000 reward points (payment reduction up to HK$500)

Suppose the member chooses to redeem all 50,000 reward points, she only has to pay HK$250 for this order. However, since the “actual amount spent” is less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged. Delivery fee will not be counted as “actual amount spent”.

Therefore, to avoid delivery fee, the member only redeems 25,000 reward points for a payment reduction of HK$250. Then she has to pay HK$500 for this order and qualifies for a free delivery.

 

 

In case of any disputes, the decision of La Fresca Chifu Limited shall be final.

La Fresca Chifu Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, suspend or terminate the aforementioned rewards and terms at any time without prior notice.
