Geoducks, when translated literally from Chinese, the “elephant-trunk clams” are the world’s largest burrowing clams, averaging 1 kilogram each, and their trunk can grow to be more than 1 meter long. The trunks are sliced thinly and served as sashimi, which are appreciated for their sweet, delicate flavor, briny oceanic taste, and the crunchy texture of their flesh.
To preserve optimal freshness, all our geoducks are processed then frozen immediately upon being harvested, they will certainly make premium sashimi of the connoisseur's choice.
